"Good ingredients!!! Just check each product..."
I’ve ordered from Soko Glam a few times now, i’ve had a good experience overall!!! I really like that the ingredient lists are usually easy to find, because I’m definitely someone who checks that stuff before buying. A lot of the products they carry feel gentle, and some brands don’t have that super strong, overwhelming fragrance, which I appreciate a lot!!

That said, not every single thing has worked perfectly for my skin... so I still make sure to read the labels carefully. One serum I tried had way more scent than I expected, which was a little disappointing?? But overall, the quality feels solid, the products don’t feel cheap, and I’d still order again!!!

I ordered from Soko Glam after scrolling through a bunch of reviews, and I kind of assumed right away that the super positive ones might be too polished. I ordered a few Korean skincare things from Soko Glam, and the main thing I’ve been paying attention to is how red my skin looks. After about two weeks, it definitely seems calmer and less blotchy. I didn’t obsess over every little change, but the redness stood out to me because that’s usually what bothers me most. Shipping was totally fine too, so overall I’m happy with it.

"Refund was surprisingly quick, thankfully"
I ended up having to return one item because I ordered the wrong thing, which was annoying, honestly. I hate dealing with returns, I really do, and I was already expecting it to drag on forever like returns usually do. But they actually replied fast and told me exactly what I needed to do, so that part was a relief.

The refund came through way faster than I thought it would, which was nice because waiting around for money back is always such a pain. No endless back and forth, no confusing steps, no hassle on top of hassle. I ordered from Canada and was expecting at least a little hassle, but it ended up being totally fine. The tracking updated often enough that I wasn’t left guessing, and the box showed up in good condition after about two weeks, which I’m okay with. Everything was there too, so no weird issues or missing items. WAIT, actually, I’m kind of impressed because I was fully prepared to be annoyed. I’d order again

I’ve ordered from Soko Glam a few times now, it’s been a really easy experience every time!!! The site feels legit, checkout is simple, and I never felt sketchy putting in my info or anything like that!!!

Shipping has been normal for me, not lightning fast, but totally fine!!! The tracking worked, everything showed up packed nicely, and nothing looked opened, damaged, or questionable!!!

I also really like that the product info is clear, so I actually know what I’m buying before I add stuff to my cart!!! Overall, I trust them and would definitely order from them again!!!

"Packaging was disappointing"
I ordered from Soko Glam and while the products themselves seem fine, the packaging was a letdown. The box showed up kind of crushed, and one of the items had leaked a bit inside, so everything felt a little messy when I opened it. Nothing was completely ruined, but it definitely didn’t feel like it was packed with much care, especially for the price and the shipping wait. I also wasn’t really sure what the next step was supposed to be, like, do I contact support, send photos, wait for them to follow up? That part wasn’t clear at all, which made the whole thing more frustrating. I hope they improve this because it made the order feel cheaper than it should have.

I had to send back one item because it just didn’t agree with my skin and the whole return process was way easier than I thought it would be, the instructions were clear, I didn’t have to go through a bunch of annoying back and forth, and my refund showed up faster than I expected.
